Upload Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) BAM/CRAM Raw Data



Please use the form below to submit your complete WGS raw data file (30x+) in BAM or CRAM format to NutraHacker for processing.


Major companies that provide WGS raw data files are Nebula Genomics, Sequencing.com, WeGene and Dante Labs, among others.


The BAM or CRAM file (whichever is made available to you by the company that sequenced your genome) is the file that contains all your genomic data, not the much smaller VCF file with preselected locations.


Please be sure to select the raw data CRAM/BAM file (ending in either .cram or .bam) itself and not its much smaller index file (ending in .bai or .crai).


If you have micro-array SNP data instead (23andMe, Ancestry, tellmeGen or MyHeritage), upload your raw DNA data here instead.


FREE Detoxification and Methylation Report is available after data processing finishes (4-6 hours on average).


All other WGS products will also be available as well at the NutraHacker Store after your data has been processed.


You will receive an email with your results when data processing is finished.
